Is there a phone number where I can contact someone?
Unfortunately we do not offer phone support at this time. The reason being is quite simple. We try to keep our costs low and therefore pass that on to our customers. We do offer unlimited email support during business hours. We realize that some people would rather speak to someone on the phone regarding their questions, but we are very prompt in responding to emails, so we encourage customers to ask questions via emails. Please go take a look around on the
internet and you will find that about
80% of internet websites and
companies DONT have a phone
number listed on their sites. Sites
include all types and sizes...small,
medium, and large companies !!!
....And, those few 20 % who have
the phone numbers listed, are not
working and/or you get voice mailbox.
So, please, dont get hung-up on
phone numbers. We respond FAST
via emails, with in just few hours
or sometimes with in just few minutes.
