Unfortunately we do not offer phone support at this time. The reason being is quite simple. We try to keep our costs low and therefore pass that on to our customers. We do offer unlimited email support during business hours. We realize that some people would rather speak to someone on the phone regarding their questions, but we are very prompt in responding to emails, so we encourage customers to ask questions via emails.
